Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rocky ("the Service"), a WhatsApp executive-assistant agent operated by BugleRock Advisors ("BugleRock", "we"). By connecting a Google Account to Rocky and exchanging WhatsApp messages with the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Rocky allows you to perform calendar, email, task, note, reminder, and memory-management actions via WhatsApp. Rocky is an automated agent: your instructions are interpreted by a large language model and executed against your connected Google Account and internal BugleRock services on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to bind the Google Account you connect. The Service is offered to BugleRock Advisors clients, their staff, and invited pilot users only.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for every message you send to Rocky and every action you ask it to perform. Drafts and sends to Gmail, calendar changes, task updates, and outbound calls that Rocky makes at your request are attributable to you.
Do not use Rocky to send spam, violate third-party rights, break laws, or circumvent Google's or Twilio's acceptable-use policies.
Keep your Google Account credentials secure. If your account is compromised, revoke Rocky's access at Google Account → Third-party apps and notify us.

4. Your data

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you transmit through the Service; you grant BugleRock a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Probe, scan, or stress-test the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract embedded credentials, prompts, or training data.
Use Rocky to impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation.
Use Rocky to generate or distribute unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

6. Third-party services

Rocky calls Google APIs, Twilio WhatsApp, and Anthropic's language-model API on your behalf. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers. BugleRock is not responsible for third-party outages, rate limits, or policy changes that affect Service availability.

7. Changes, suspension, termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice. We'll try to give reasonable warning where practical.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you've violated these Terms, or if required by law or by an upstream provider.
You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking OAuth consent and asking us to delete your data (irock@buglerockadvisors.com).

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Rocky is an automated agent that can make mistakes; review actions before relying on them, especially for outbound email, calendar changes, and financial or legal decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BugleRock Advisors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed US$100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
